Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION TIME: All products are made when ordered.  Products are in production for 4-7 business days before shipping and varies per item. Please check product page for estimated shipping time.  There is currently no ability to rush ship items. Please allow up to 30 days to receive item. All purchases includes tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME:  At SatinYSilk Designs we strive to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience.  We understand that shipping times can be inconvenient, and we apologize in advance for any delays that may occur. Please note that once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. We do our best to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, but please understand that any delays are out of our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Can take as long as 30-45 days to arrive once they are shipped often times they arrive within 15-25 days after shipping. 

PRODUCTS SHIP SEPARETLY: If you ordered more than one item, they most often ship separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. You are always welcome to use the contact page to reach out if you have questions about any remaining items you have not received yet.
